DCA has been representing HLB International in Uruguay since 1989, a global organization with headquarters in London, England, and presence in more than 100 countries, that associates professional experts in the accounting, economic and business fields.
This partnership provides DCA clients with access to a world class network of contacts and professional resources, as well as to audit and consulting services with the experience and support of HLB International.

Since 1987, Uruguay implemented a System of advanced Free-Trade Zones that, combined with the historical legal security, political stability and educational level of its people, provides the country with a competitive edge in the region and the whole world.
Based on this legal framework, DCA led the creation of the first privately-held Free-Trade Zone, Zonamerica: a strategic haven of more than 50 hectares of industrial, commercial and service facilities and office space, barely 17 km away from the port of Montevideo and 5 minutes away from Carrasco International Airport. The companies operating there are exempted of all taxes already created or to be created in the future.

In 1999, DCA opened its International Division to operate from Zonamerica, to better meet the needs of clients operating overseas and within the business park.
